What is counselling?
Counselling is a process in which a variety of concerns may be explored, discussed, changed, and resolved. Counselling involves forming a collaborative relationship through which, at your own pace, we can identify problematic thought patterns and behaviours, as well as process emotions that may be resulting in symptoms.
